• The plugin seemed to integrate with WooCommerce nicely at first. Then later on all the t-shirt variants were unsynced. Couldn’t delete the variants. Just had problems. Started a fresh store on another website, could never get the Printful plugin to sync with the Printful website (disabled all plugins except those 2, still no sync.). Followed the video instructions to the letter. Went through chat support and then through email with an intermediary support person who replied on behalf of the Printful Developers. Not a great way to get support. Discouraging process. May try a fresh store one more time and see if I can get it to sync. If not, then I’ll find another service.

    Hi! Thank you for your review! I’m very sorry to hear that you have encountered some trouble with using Printful for your WooCommerce store, but I hope we are able to resolve this.
    Currently, I don’t see a WooCommerce store connected with your Printful account, so it would be great if you could try to connect with Printful once more. Do make sure that your WordPress and WooCommerce are running the latest versions and try deactivating any other plugins you’re using for your store for the time being.     If you encounter an error or an issue with the integration again, please let us know by sending a message to [email protected]. That way we can take a closer look into what may be causing the problem and provide information on how it could be fixed.

    Mattdubs: Web host for both the sites having issues is SiteGround, GoGeek level, shared. (Not a GoDaddy fan ??

    zana.printful: Out of frustration and the fact I could no longer get it to connect, I deleted the store. I would really (really) like to get this working properly as it did at first. I have hosted with SiteGround since 2015 so I do not have the ‘WooCommerce Hosting’ (referenced in your WooCommerce how to video) that Siteground now has. I have the GoGeek plan.

    Yes, all plugins are totally current (Woo: 3.7.0) (Printful plugin: 2.1.5). In previous attempts to connect/create the new store, I disabled all plugins except WooC and Printful. The legacy REST API is enabled in Woo, as per Printful instructions.

    FYI, I have been through exactly this activation process (per the Printful instructions and both WooCommerce videos) at least 5 times, I get the WooC “Printful would like to connect to your store”, click the ‘Approve’ button — I arrive in the Printful dashboard with this error message (at top of page):

    “Failed! The request has been redirected. Please verify that you have entered the correct store URL in your Printful settings.”
    ============

    This is what keeps happening. In fact, I JUST tried it again JUST now, as I am writing this response to you. The same thing just happened. Sigh.

    If you can suggest something, I am all ears ??

    Hi! Thank you for your response and the additional information, it better helps me understand the error you are encountering. This does appear to be a redirect error that is not allowing your website to connect with Printful. Potentially, it means that there is an issue with the URL or something blocking the connection.

    I will follow up via e-mail to gain additional details on your website so that we can investigate this further.
