• Dear sir/madam,

    Hi,

I’ve been a very happy user of the Pusher app! But unfurtunately my happiness was very shortlived. ??

I’ve been using Pushover and Woocommerce 2.6.8 on WordPress 4.6. It worked for about a week and then suddenly it stopped working. I used it on 2 sites. The first one stopped working after about a week and then the second one about a week later. This was about 6 weeks ago or something.

If I send a test notification on both sites, it works perfectly. Beats me what happened that suddenly they both stopped working without any interferance.

    Anyone has ideas?

    Best,

    Gioom

    Hi gioom,

From the WordPress dashboard, go to WooCommerce > Settings. Click on the Integration tab and in the Pushover section check the Debug box. Also, make sure the “Enable/Disable” checkbox is checked and that the checkboxes in the Notifications section are checked.

Run a test transaction and see if the notification is received on your phone. If not, check your site for the file:
/wp-content/plugins/pushover-for-woocommerce/debug_pushover.log and post the file in an email to support [email protected].

    Thanks,

    Daniel
