    This worked very well to begin with, was fairly easy to set up, and did the job as intended. However recently it has stopped working although I have not made any changes that i am aware of – perhaps automatic updates have taken place somewhere. It no longer works – when the user clicks on the link to send the form, instead of a download link appearing, they are returned to the blank form. In fairness this plugin is shown in the directory as not tested with my version of WP, but it used to work OK!

    We haven’t seen a situation where the plugin is incompatible with a specific version of WP nor of a situation where it stops working by itself. If an issue arises, we typically see something has changed in the environment such as a theme and/or different plugin update that occurs. We hope the issue was resolved, else that you found a better solution for your needs.

    Hi @mandsconsulting, this happened to me too… it’s a shame. I’m looking for a solution on different forums, but I can′t find the answer.

    I was so happy! I can′t find a plugin that does the same ??
