Worked Great, But Can’t Whitelist?

Worked great during the trial and wanted to register for the extended/paid version, but we can’t. Attempts to recover password and access our trial account all fail reset (nothing ever arrives in registered email account, yes checked spam/junk). Can’t create a new account either.
Finally got a reset email after 4 tries. Their email notification is a bit slow.
So far one false positive, but can’t seem to find a way to white list that user. Online search for solution shows outdated or incorrect instructions.
