I have used Give a few times throughout the past couple of years with fantastic results. Installation and setup is super easy and, well, it just works. Isn’t that what we want? The support is fantastic. As someone who runs a customer service-based business myself, this is the primary reason I will decide whether or not to support a product. The first time I used Give, I ran into a bug that I found. I let the folks know and, literally, within 30 minutes, they pushed out an update with a fix. Not only did they solve my problem, but they solved the problems of others as well, I’m sure. Bugs happen. Things go wrong. How a company responds to these things is everything!
