    Hello,

    We installed the Clearfy plugin for three months ago approx. and it made quite a positive difference impact on our website, including our page speed. We updated the Clearfy plugin with the latest update last week and since we have not been able to save any of the configurations settings. When we try and go back afterward all setting are disable (set to off).

    We thought about a reinstallation but before we do that we would like to hear if you have observed the same, and if so, what did you do to solve it?

    Please help us out.

    Hi,

    Are you using the plugin in multisite mode?

    Most likely it may be some kind of incompatibility with one of your plugins. Could you disable other plugins and try to save the settings? With the exception method, can you determine with which of your plugins exactly does the Clearfy conflict?

    Warning!
    When uninstalling the plugin settings may be lost.

    Hello Alex,

    Thank you for your reply.

    I was reading that the Clearfy free version is not supporting multisite WP networks.

    It is the Clearfy free version we have installed and it is at a multisite WP network.

    As I said in my post above the Clearfy plugin was working perfectly up to we updated it two weeks ago.

    Please let me know if it is still supposed to work at multisite WP network. If not is it possible to get the previous version in a download, so we can re-install it?
