Hi, thanks for this, works well for me. Tested for the issue highlighted by previous reviewer regarding duplicate usernames and all looks fine; tried to add duplicate username and received error notice as usual.

A suggestion, could it be good to add a success notice option and redirect to chosen page upon save? I think it would be a really useful addition, certainly for our use case. ??
