Worker Plugin silently updated to 4.2.27

    Hi,

    The ManageWP – Worker plugin silently updated from version 4.2.25 to 4.2.27 yesterday, but the repository here at www.ads-software.com still shows 4.2.25 as the latest version.

    Is the update to 4.2.27 legitimate, or is there a problem in my site?

    Sorry about the scare, the most important thing is that it’s legitimate. We’ve built an system that incrementally updates the Worker plugin, with the capability of completely rebuilding itself on an off chance something goes wrong.

    A small percentage of users gets the update before rolling it out to the repo, just to be triple-sure that everything is working great.

    We plan an article that will give you more details on how the ManageWP Worker update works, and why you shouldn’t worry about it.
