Workflow and WP Sheet Editor

Hello, we have Oasis Workflow pro and i have a few questions:
We use also WP Sheet Editor.
I am unnable to change stage and dont see the column step.
For example we have a person which coollect "definitions" (step one) - then it goes to the Source (main person) - Source can send it to Validator and back to the source and source can publish it if he approves it.

Here is a few issues:
1) Trigger of the flow - i want the flow to be activated when the new post is created by user (the automatic send is minimally per 15 minutes and requires keywords) - i want start the workflow by just adding a post via table same as button send to workflow in guttenberg editor (just by adding the post when i know workflow ID) - we are not doing it in editor but in table which automatically creates the post. (i done it temporary via tag, but thats wrong)

2) if a person which got rights assign a workflow to another user it doesnt change the stage in workflow (must be done manually - same as sign off.

3) Exactly would be awesome to have Workflow [Step] to be able to change for the user which is in this case Source ( he can do a step back to the person which is in first step or go to the revision).

The most important thing is:
Submit to Workflow… NOT as button, but as ability in table (or autimatically also not at autosend)

Our posts dont have tags - just creating posts without guttenberg and automatically send and activate the workflow.

I red all the documentation and i have not found anything like that.

Also missing column commentary in database of your plugin.

There is only two flows and they are separated (i know the ID′s)

Please do you have more documentation to this case?

Idea is when ther is seminar - there is one person typing the definitions intable (thats the first point) and it creates non public post which goes to the source (source can deny it or send it to review) - review will check it and send it back to source and source can publish it.

I would be happy to send you an images.

I have tryied many ways.

Especially the autosend and Submit to Workflow as there would be only one user Adding the post(Submitting to workflow) and one person able to Publish.

I have asked OPenAi, but it seems it goes somehow throug your api and i dont have an access to it. I would create my own plugin to achieve those functions, but i cant. (i went through your code)
