    Using WP and the latest version of your plugin. I have everything working great.
    But…
    There are a few clients that their pc or browser does not get the allow webcam or mic box. So they just sit there.
    Also having many problems with MAC and iPhone, same deal. They load the page but the cam or mic doesnt get turned on or doesnt ask.
    Is there a way we can force it? Or a button javascript to pop the window?
    Most (not all) PC users and android users work fine.
    MAC and iPhone is a disaster.
    The page is almost clean, no plugins, just logo, agora screen for communication, and a link as a footer. So there are no other javascript or anything to break it.
    Can you help?

    @jcgorospe,

    Thank you for your interest in the Agora Video for WordPress plugin, and we are really sorry to hear that you are having issues with browser camera permissions.

    When using the video camera and microphone devices in a browser, the browser requires that you use a secure (HTTPS) connection in order to request camera/mic access, otherwise the prompt will not appear.

    With regard to iPhone and iOS devices, Safari is the only browser that supports WebRTC as Apple has chosen to limit this functionality to Safari at this time.
    for a full list of supported browsers see the Agora documentation (https://docs.agora.io/en/faq/browser_support).

    If you continue to run into issues, we invite you to join the Agora RTE Dev Community Slack and post in the #wordpress-help-me channel and our team will be happy to help you with any remaining questions you may have.
