    Hello,

i wanted to test your plugin on the demo site and when I try to upload an image for a new product as a vendor I get “Sorry, you are not allowed to attach files to this post.”.

On the product edit page though, the image upload is working. Is it a bug?

    Thank you!

… and the acf fields are not shown on “add new product” modal, only in the edit page.

I want to buy your plugin to use custom fields in dokan, but it isn’t convincing when things are broken on the demo page.

    Hello @p231

I just checked by creating a field called image upload and tried to upload new image for that field. It worked fine for me. Can you please check one more time?

    Thanks

    Hello,

thank you for your answer. Yes, the image upload field works in the edit page. But the problems are on the new product modal for me:

    – on the “add new product” modal i don’t see any of the acf fields. (i though see them very briefly on modal load, they show for a fraction of a second and then dissapear).

    – on the “add new product” modal i can’t upload an image (error from wordpress).

when the product is created though, it all works on the product edit page afterwards.

    Please see this screenshots:

    Thank you!

The fields like image upload, WYSIWYG editor will not work with Dokan’s add product form. The way it is built, it is not possible to do a workaround. so those fields will work only in edit product form. I had put lot more efforts to make it working but I do not get success.

    Thanks

Thank you for your answer. I understand but then it means that the plugin is breaking the image upload for the vendor which would work normally without the acf for dokan plugin in the add new product modal…

So if a vendor want to create a new product i have to hide the image upload field to not making any confusion and then i can’t make the desired fields a requirement, because he has to edit them after the product is already created… that makes no sense for me…

Thats a pity. You can kindly post on this topic if you get success with this problem. And thank you again!

You can not add product qty, if the product is variable product then you can not add those variations from the add product popup so in every case, vendor have to use the edit product page to add other details.

For the image upload, I will check it soon.

    Thanks
