Working great for us

I’m the author of the plugin, but I am also a daily user of the plugin.

We have long used WordPress as our front facing website, but have used other systems for our office operations.

Our office now uses this plugin to record incoming emails, petitions, phone calls, etc. The plugin also automatically logs web activity which we previously felt we had to copy from the front end to our back end. We find it smoother and easier to use than any of the products we used previously. We also find it easy to generate lists for outgoing communications. We especially like the ability to retrieve constituents based on wordpress categories of the issues they have been active on.

Version 2 and up includes a powerful bulk upload facility that is useful for both conversion and for office automation. It saves us time especially when we receive petitions or are the target of mass email campaigns.
