working in preview not in publish

  • Hi, hopefully someone can help me. I am a relatively new user of WP. I got email before download to work in preview mode, but when I publish the page, it no longer works. Not sure why. Any ideas? My other issue is that when it does work in preview mode, it puts the link directly to the right of the form. Is there any way to put the link before the form. TIA!

    Hello,

    The page you provided us does not contain a EBD form, it seems to only contain a CF7 form. Please try using the following shortcode to use the EBD form. Here is the syntax:
    [email-download download_id=”X” contact_form_id=”Y”]

    Thanks and sorry, I was doing debugging and got rid of the email-download shortcode – it’s back now. It does work in preview, but not in publish. And it does work to email me the link, but not to show it on the page. Thanks for looking at this.
