Working only on Featured image

Hello,

the free version of the plugin should work well on all the images for one product, but only with the default WooCommerce gallery. If you’re using a plugin that replaces the default WooCommerce gallery, or the theme replaces it, then we cannot guarantee that the free version will work with it.

Of course it could also be a bug, it’s hard to say only from a description. If you give me a link to your website, I could have a look at it and give you more details.

After setting Woocommerce default gallery the thmbnail becomes larger and same size of main image

And if you deactivate the WP Image Zoom plugin the gallery thumbnails get to their normal size?

Yes after deactivating it is working normally. You can see it now.

It took me a long time to find out that you’re using the Flatsome theme …

Would you please uninstall the image zoom plugin and re-install it from here? Let me know if this solves your issue.

You’re using a child theme, right? Would you please switch to the parent theme and see if the issue is still there?

Yes I am using Child Theme. But problem still happening on parent theme.

It seems to be something specific for your website configuration. You can try creating a test website with the zoom, WooCommerce and the theme. Then add slowly the plugins and the configurations from the current website until you see the gallery breaking. Just from seeing the frontend I cannot guess what is breaking the gallery.
