Working with drafts

I’m trying to get a handle on drafts in wordpress… currently I have something like 50 on the go, and it gets to be a pain to find one in particular. I’ve looked for a plugin to sort drafts or manage them somehow, but only came up with one rather poor example… is there much hope for drafts? Is there anything I can look into, any easy tweaks to make? Thanks…
