working with wpglobus

I use WPGlobus to have a multilingual site.

Using PO I make a plugin globally unavailable on all pages. Then I enable it on this page:

mysite.com/mypage

However, the Italian translation for this page adds /it/ to the URL so it looks like this:

mysite.com/it/mypage

But the PO enabled plugin does not work on this page. In other words, it works on the English default URL but not when there’s a language code added to the URL.

Is it possible for PO to work alongside WPGlobus URLs?
