Working with WPML

    I have been using the plugin with great satisfaction for months.
    However, there is one issue
    I have forms in French, adn translated them inot English using WPML
    https://www.mathezfreight.com/en/contact/
    Unfortunately, in the back office, all form entries are registered under the French version.
    It oculd be OK if the URL was registered (so I could distinguish), but it is not the case.
    Any clue or workaround?
