Works

It does work, but is cumbersome.

The form will not take up more than half the width of my page, despite changing width settings in various ways.

CSS styling doesn’t seem to be much of an option and their video tutorial does not provide any useful information (if you already know what a CSS class is). This goes both for the form on the site and notifications for submitted forms.

It appears that support is an issue, as most requests have gone completely unanswered and others are answered by other users instead of the authors.
