The directions on the plugin settings page are clear and shows you how to update the default WordPress media sizes for Thumbnail, Medium and Large images. And then directs you to a plugin to regenerate thumbails which was also super easy.

This helped me add images to www.ads-software.com rss feed so they would show up in Mailchimp’s rss campaign email template. Thanks!
