• Ok, honestly, the plugin pretty much works as advertised. I have found some bugs or problems that have not really been addressed in a timely or agreeable manner.

    My frustration is the support for a paid plugin is not what I would expect for the money. It takes days for a reply. The developer is a little paranoid and doesn’t allow images to be uploaded to his forum or even privately when he requests them.

    It just feels like the support process is harder and less in favor of the customer than necessary for the premium charge for the plugin.

    I would really like to give more stars if I felt the support was more “supportive” and customer focused.

    Update: I requested a refund and he promptly issued it.
