    For the free plugin, free support, provided by staff on paid wages, is available here, as it has been for some years: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/updraftplus

    For purchases of commercial versions of UpdraftPlus, commercial support is fully included in the purchase price, and always has been.

    The standalone support packages that you are seeing are intended for people who do not wish to make any plugin purchase, but who want commercial support. (e.g. There are businesses who want to know that time-guaranteed commercial support is available even if they’ve chosen to use the free version).

    Over a million websites have backed up using UpdraftPlus without paying us even $0.01, and we have no plans to change that!
