• The plugin used to work very well, but with the latest update the debug log cannot be cleaned. This has been reported as a bug 2 months ago with no response and no other update. This is why I’m giving the plugin 2 stars. There are other plugins that work better.

    Hi Lukman

    I saw the update when it came out but I did not change my review because along with the fix the plugin started writing its own errors to the log. I had millions of them and only removing the plugin completely fixed the problem. At the moment I am not using your plugin and I think I never will due to past experiences.

    I understand its frustrating, but bugs are part of development, if a developer keeps ignoring them , or do not fix or update you can call it bad or bad support, but I immediately identified the bug and released another update which fixed the issue. I have decided to actively check and improve the plugin, and its a free plugin but this type of review is depressing.

    Hello Lukman

    The bug was reported 3 months before your update. It was first reported in this support post https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/delete-buton-stopped-working/ and this support post https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/refresh-button-only-works-once/.

    I think that 3 months delay is quite a lot.

    Moreover, the fix introduced a problem which caused an even bigger problem for me, so I decided to delete the plugin from all the sites where it was.

    I do not know what the state of the plugin is right now. I am not going to try it.

    I completely understand now, I am not telling you to use it now, but just wanted to let you know then I was not working in it actively, but now I have decided and working on this actively. Thats all and I will try to give good support for it .
