Works, but issues with multiple ads

  • Kept having issues with some of the pages that had more than 2 or 3 ads on it. Our Lightspeed server would give a 504 “gateway timeout” error. After researching further we realized the error was on the pages that had more than 3 ads from this software. Once we stopped using this and uninstalled it the errors stopped.

    We’re sorry you are having issues with the plugin.

    We did some troubleshooting and most bottlenecks in this case are likely to be related to the server. In our tests, running four campaigns with 1 MB images (which is not recommended) did not cause issues.

    The basic troubleshooting is: did you optimize the campaign content so it’s not too resource consuming?

    The free version does not generate logs, so that would not slow down the plugin (the pro version does, but you can clear them).
