• Generally, you just install and leave it and it works. On some occasions, I had to contact support, in one case a bug was causing Google to overcharge me, over $100. Support generally will not respond, or if they do, it’s pretty unhelpful.

    When I did get support after complaining, they did actually help, which was great. But since then even though I just renewed my annual fee, I get no response at all to my support question.

    They say they are a small company, and I should understand that. That’s not a great response once you’ve taken someone’s money. I don’t know if any others are better, tbh.
