• If your only requirement is to simply print a UPS shipping label for your order then this plugin works, however, for any real-world application this plugin doesn’t function.

Some requirements that a shipping integration should offer that are missing from this plugin:

    • Add tracking details to customer order
    • Send tracking details in email from store
    • Filter orders based on order status (plugin shipments page includes every order regardless of status)
    • Remove “completed” shipments from the shipments page (currently is a list of every order you have ever shipped, again without any filtering)
    • Create packing lists
    • Include order reference on the shipping label
    • Create labels as a single PDF file (current functionality is to create a separate pdf file for each label and then download these in a .zip)
    • Optionally mark order as shipped/completed when label is created

    Good points:

    • Option to use negotiated rates in cart checkout
    • Easy to set up
    • Shipments show in UPS account (not always the case with other solutions)
