works except on iPhone

  • I tested it on chrome, IE, android browsers, etc, and it works fine.

    But for some reason, I’ve had a couple visitors who use iPhone say that when the accordion is clicked, it just flashes but does not open.

    I don’t have an iPhone so I am having a tricky time testing this.

    Has anyone else encountered these device-specific issues?

    In my testing, it seems to be working for me on all devices (including iPhones). Can you share a link to a page where it doesn’t work?

    Thank you for the response. Here is a test accordion I created:

    If it helps, a site visitor who could not open accordion told us she was using iPhone version is 12.4

    It works for me on my iPhone running iOS 12.1.4 (12.1.4 is the latest—iOS 12.4 isn’t a shipping version of iOS).

    Thanks for checking. Yes, I made a mistake – the iPhone version from our visitor is 1.4

    That’s good news that it works for you, but I’m not sure where this leaves me with the few visitors to our website who have made complaints.

    It’s possible there could be a caching issue.

    Without being able to reproduce the issue myself I won’t be able to help more. If you can determine what steps I need to take to reproduce, let me know and I’ll take another look.
