Works fine, just needs css work in sidebar to fit

users: depending on your use case and the area involved, you may have to deal with the irritating css mess in gravity forms to target the proper elements / areas so it will fit in a sidebar situation without bleeding off the page. not a big deal if you know css and can figure out what to target on your own. If not, it could frustrate others who are aiming to make this a quick implementation without the style guidance.
