    Hi @oliveandlake

    Looks like there is a glitch from the new Elementor Pro version. We’re still inspecting this issue as well.

    Please try this:

    1. Create an Elementor page.
    2. Add a new button and set the link to Dynamic > Actions > Popup and select your popup.
    3. View the page and click the button.
    4. Is it working well? Or does the popup also immediately disappear?

    Also, what “Display Conditions” that you set?

    We just released a new version (v1.0.5) which should have fixed the issue. Please check your page again after updated and flushed your cache (if any).
