Works Fine with WP 4.3

SMTP mail compatibility should be built-in to WordPress where it is needed by so many users and would be so trivial to include. This plugin is useful because the “powers that be” obviously have one or more non-technical reasons to not want to provide that convenience to users.
The WP-Mail-SMTP plugin is easy to use and works fine. The only annoyance is that it shouldn’t be needed.
