    Hi all,

So I’m assuming that I have the plugin working partially, because I can access the subdomain that I wish to map with mynewdomain.com/wp-admin

BUT if I try the front page of the site, I get this: mynewdomain.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

Where the top is entitle “Default Website Page” and there are indications that this is coming from cPanel.

Any suggestions as to why it would show up find for the dashboard, but not the front page?

It’s been quite a while since I’ve used A and CNames, so I’m not sure if I’ve entered the information correctly.

Thanks for any help with this!

Try mynewdomain.com/ (with backslash) to see the results.

If you’re getting cPanel page instead of blog, then 99,99% you have some errors in domain / hosting configuration that do not relate in any way to this plugin.

For example, I’m seeing exactly the same page (cPanel ones), when I enter IP Address instead of domain name. But, when I enter domain name, all is fine and plugin seems to be working. Maybe this will lead you to where to start looking for a possible source of your problems?

    Hi @trejder,

Thanks for your help. ?? I actually figured out what I was doing wrong. I had thought I had the site on a dedicated IP, but I mistakenly had another website set up with the same IP.

Once I removed the other site, everything worked really well, and quickly too!
