I’ve only done one contact form, and it worked for that. I keep getting weekly email reports though, that I click on but nothing happens. Wondering what the point is of those.

Thank you for taking the time for sharing your feedback, and I apologize for any confusion!
The email reports that you receive every week are known as “Email Summaries“. These are sent to your email address every week and include information about the total number of form submissions that happened on your forms.
In case it helps to share, you can set up form notification emails to send out submitted form data to your preferred email address. If you’re curious, we have a detailed guide on how to set up form notifications.
