Works For One Admin, Not Another

    Hi,

    Latest version of WP, the plugin, ACF and a scripts plugin to register my CPTs and Taxonomies. Have enabled reordereding for my CPT and taxonomy in the settings.

    Works perfectly in my admin account. Had a client who could drag and drop, but the order wasn’t saving. I though it is probably user error, logged in to their account, and they were right, the order wasn’t being saved.

    Switched their role to admin, tried again, and same problem, still doesn’t save, yet still works perfectly fine of me?

    This is all via the same browser / device. Fine for me, log in to another admin account, doesnt save. Odd!

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    I was not able to replicate this behavior on my end.

    It might be an issue caused by a plugin or your theme.

    I recommend installing this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/

    After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode that allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

    Go to its troubleshooting mode and only activate SCPO and see if it works correctly with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-One for example) and no other plugins.
