Works for some pages but not others

  • Could you give me a link to an example page on the same site for both ?
    And can you tell me whether you have Asynchronous Replacement turned on or off (last section of the options page) ?
    And – just for arguments sake – could you check that all the document types you upload are supported and that the checkbox for each type you use is checked on the settings page ?

    Hi, thanks for your help, I had the Asynchronous Replacement turned off. It works now that I turned it on!
