Works Good

It seems this plugin works great and it looks great. So, the only reason I’m giving it such a low rating is that there seems to be no support and it singular in use. What do I mean by that; 1) It’s now almost 3 days since I wrote a support question and still no answer, and 2) There is only one short code for the latest timer selected/set up (i.e. you cannot set up multiple timers on a page, because the plugin des not generate a short code for each timer.
