• We enjoy the capabilities of the system…but, a lot of the information is non-existent on how to configure. Some weirdness happened where the data for MLS pulls broke after an update. Support was able to fix it, but have never explained what happened, and if we can do this fix ourselves.

    I am hesitant to use it again, unless I see a major effort to create better documentation.

    As you know, our first priority in the support, is to fix the issue, so we can meet the 48 hours SLA on the support commitment.
