  • Not sure what you mean— we recently decided instead of hiding everything that’s in Pro, we’d reveal it so that users could see the differences, and not have to ask us explicitly for what the differences are.

Is there something that you used to have that you can no longer use?

Used to have share buttons like Whatsapp, Gmail and WeChat from AddToAny plugin that can be displayed on posts and pages, and visitors can share whichever they want from mobile. Now these buttons can only be seen at desktop PC.

    Hi ronnieiu,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and helping make WPtouch even better. WPtouch isn’t attempting to disable the active plugins in your WordPress installation, even though visually it looks like it is in the Site Compatibility area. In a recent update to WPtouch, we show the settings available in Pro, but in a greyed-out state. We’ll address any confusion this caused in the upcoming release soon.

The plugins active in your WordPress installation should freely load in WPtouch as well. Testing it locally, social media buttons from AddToAny display in WPtouch as expected. If you’re still seeing issues on your website, please share its URL and we’ll gladly take a closer look at it.

    Regards,

    Emilio Rivera,

    Thank you for your advice.

Although I updated to version 4.3.3 the problem was still there. It could not be resolved until I followed other member’s advice to make use of the ” reset settings “. Of course I had to customize the settings all over again.

Despite the above, I consider this plugin is still the best of all mobile plugins.

    14gate, it worths a trial.
