Works great!

I just installed the plugin in 4.1.1 and it gets the job done. I think some people are getting confused because there is no Payment Gateways tab in the WooCommerce settings like they show in the screenshot, but if you click on the Checkout tab you will see four custom gateways for you to choose from and configure. I would like to see an update from the author though, just to keep it funky.
