iframes by them self are not a problem. They are even used for payment.

But e.g hackers also use iframes if they hack your site and want to do something there. But the same can be done with Javascript.
So they don’t use iframe to hack your site but they place iframes into your site to e.g. load their code.

So if you insert an iframe to your page it is no problem at all.
