Hey there, I cannot provide a link to this page because it contains sensitive information. My issue is that the page is sourcing data from an external server, and it can take a long time to retrieve that data and fully load the page.

I want to use Popup Builder to display a “Please wait…” message.

I have set it up how I want it and it looks/works great, but it is loading AFTER the call to the external server. So it totally defeats the purpose! Is there any way I can force the popup builder script to load first?

    Thanks.

    Dear @markbignell,

I’m sorry, we don’t have such an option in our plugin.
The popup can’t load before the page load.

No, I didn’t mean before the page load! I meant before the other 3rd party scripts on the page. Can we influence the order of when on the page the pop up script loads?

    Dear @markbignell,

This will require some custom coding changes, specifically for you.
