Works great but needs a little improvement.

First I must say that this plugin work as it describe. I can re-order posts as I wish.

1. However after I deactivated and deleted this plugin, it left scporder_options option in options table. I think this should be completely deleted from db.
2. One more thing after deleted. I found that the “post” post type in posts table have number values in “menu_order” field. The default value of this for “post” as I know it should be “0” value to all. This thing should be reverted on delete too.
3. This is just feature request which I have no idea is it possible or not. I think post ordering could be able to re-order differently in each category. For example I have post name abc, def, ghi (3 posts) in these categories: categoryA, categoryB.
For the home page I order the posts to def, abc, ghi.
For categoryA I order to abc, ghi, def.
And for categoryB I order the posts to ghi, def, abc.
