Works Great, Easy to Configure

  • My site is currently under a continuous attack from a Russian bot trying to log in, with a new IP used every 4 minutes for over 24 hours now. I turned to this as a next level defense after Wordfence, to stop them from actually reaching the log-in page. (Wordfence has country blocking too, but you have to upgrade and pay). This plug-in was simple to install (don’t forget to install the separate country database) and easy to configure, with a clear, intuitive interface. So far it has been 100% effective in blocking the selected countries, without any side effects that I have noticed.

  • One of the sites I manage is under this exact same attack for the last 48 hours. Just annoying to have Wordfence alerts about it every 4 minutes… good to know its doing it’s job! Seems to have some random IPs from other countries too, but Russia has been 98% of it so far. Already noticing this plugin take effect. Simple and does what it advertises!
