Works great on SiteGround and that's OK

The plugin works great, it’s smooth and the easiest cache plugin for the price, free. The fact it doesn’t work on other hosts isn’t a drawback because there are plenty of other cache plugins.

There aren’t a lot of configuration options which does make it simple to setup but then again it’s not easy to troubleshoot if anything does go wrong (but I haven’t had anything go wrong yet!)
