Works great but sidebars are randomly disappearing

We’re using this on the Anchor theme from ThemeForest. There’s a handy side panel that allows widgets to be displayed on a per page/post basis. We’ve used Display Widgets in the past but this plugin is much more user-friendly.
However, like journalt’s issue, the sidebars are randomly disappearing on the front-end and only seem to appear when hard refreshing the browser.
