is this also an issue when you use the latest release candidate available on GitHub:

Sorry, I forgot to mention that.

Yes, I manually installed your latest version off of GitHub.

ok, then try to roll back to an earlier version.

let us know which one works for you. most likely 1.6.4 or 1.6.3

I have rolled it back as far as 1.6.0 and all versions fixed the IE problem but not the Firefox issue (still not getting the image just header, footer and alt tag).

Do you by chance have the ‘print background images’ unchecked in the Firefox print dialogue box?

    Thread Starter rrlasson

    (@rrlasson)

The print dialog box that appears does not have that as an option (at least that I could find). The new window that appears that contains the images that I want to print doesn’t have that option either. I have to go back to my original web page and access the Firefox Open menu >> Print to find the “print background images. It was unchecked there so I checked it and then clicked on the print-o-matic icon to try again and got the same results (header, footer, alt tag).

Please update to the latest version (or better yet the latest github version)
Let us know if this resolves the issue, or if we need to take a closer look.

I uploaded the github version 1.7.3b and it still doesn’t work in Firefox (45.0.2). It displays a small broken image icon and the alt tag. I went back and tested in Chrome, IE, Safari and Opera and it works perfectly.

    Thanks for your continued efforts.

we’ll get this resolved, thank you for your patience.

OK, we might have it figured out.
What (if any) do you have set under ‘pause before print’ in the plugin’s setting page?
Try entering at least a second (1000 milliseconds) before triggering the print dialogue box.
Let us know if that resolves the issue for you.

    (@rrlasson)

That did it! The ‘Pause before print’ setting was blank so I added 1000 and it worked for Firefox. Thanks again.

Great! Glad to hear that issue is solved.
We’ll go ahead and mark this as resolved.
if you are happy with the plugin or it’s support, please consider leaving a little review!
