    It has the flexibility to let you put in your own Terms of Use/Privacy Policy. I was able to add it to the WP native login. Beside the checkbox, there is a link to the terms and privacy policy landing page. The fact that it shows up on the login page every 30 days means that previously registered members will be required to ‘agree’ with the terms too.
