Works Like a Charm!

  • I’ve been using the Secure Embedder and the Premium thumbnails since 2017. The only problem I had at one point was with the embed URL not generating properly which I fixed by manually typing the URL after I uploaded the document. I have the license for unlimited sites so I don’t have to worry about running out of licenses. The price is reasonable enough for me to have made that decision. For me the plugin just works across all platforms and devices. If anything, I would take off 1/2 point for the period of time there seemed to be no active maintenance of the plugin. With this latest upgrade, things seem to have gotten back on track. An opportunity for growth for the developer is to focus on consistent and clear communication with its community. Customer service can make or break even a great product. Glad to see the effort in improving in this area. Peace!
