Works like a dream!

I had some difficulty at first figuring out what needed to be done with the

wp-contents/uploads/PDF_EXTENDED_TEMPLATES/configuration.php file

.. which needs to edited in order to get the plugin to do its thing.

But once I “got it”, it proved absurdly easy and the plugin worked like a dream.

Brilliant plugin.
