Works, looks good, but!

Despite trying to get help with this product and to the developers credit I did get responses. However he only wants to log in to my site to fix the error.
But the error is in the Plugin code, not my site. This is after some update very recently. All Images when clicked on are crippled to tiny images, rather than allowing their full size as uploaded to the gallery.
The developer said if I buy his product, oh the problem would be fixed anyway, but actually it would not.
The plugin SHOULD NOT be limiting the full gallery size what so ever.
Until this is fixed, I am no longer interested. Thought it would be great, pretty disappointed.
