Breadcrumb Trail not showing more than 2 leves

    Hi all,
    I can’t display more than 1 level in the breadcrumb trail.
    All the pages that are nested as level-1->level-2->level-3 are just showing:
    home / level-1 / last level
    There are no intermediate levels.

    Any tip on how to tweak the code without installing an extra plugin?
    What am I missing in the code for breadcrumbs.php?
