Works Nicely

So browsers have become much more sensitive to display the titles on images. Generally titles get added automatically when you upload images and this plugin works at hiding them. It might be cool if it worked just on image titles and or links so you could choose. It works and it was a great fix instead of going through a whole site and clearing out image titles.. whew.
